On 1/27/14, the court in Vasquez v. USM denied Defendant Ross’s motion to dismiss the case against it. Judge William H. Alsup concluded that plaintiffs’ complaint contains sufficient factual allegations that Ross knew or should have known that the janitorial contracts it entered into with USM were insufficient to pay the janitors all the wages they were owed for cleaning Ross stores.
