Rite Aid Talking Prescription Drug Labels

As a result of Structured Negotiations with DHKL partner Linda M. Dardarian and co-counsel Lainey Feingold, Rite Aid is now offering talking prescription labels to blind customers at all of its stores nationwide (Rite Aid currently operates more than 4,500 locations).  DHKL and Feingold represented the American Council of the Blind, California Council of the Blind, and five blind customers of Rite Aid pharmacies in the negotiations.  Rite Aid is the 6th company to sign a settlement agreement on talking prescription labels as a result of Structured Negotiations with DHKL and Feingold.
