Humana Talking Prescription Labels

As a result of Structured Negotiations with DHKL partner Linda M. Dardarian and co-counsel Lainey Feingold, Humana is now offering talking prescription labels, braille prescription labels, and plan documents in alternative formats to members with visual impairments.  GBHD and Feingold represented the American Council of the Blind, and three blind Humana members in the negotiations.  Humana is the 5th company to sign a settlement agreement on talking prescription labels as a result of Structured Negotiations with DHKL and Feingold.
