New Mobility, a national magazine directed towards people with mobility disabilities, recently published an article describing the barriers faced by people with disabilities when accessing medical care. The article, “Equal Health Care: If Not Now, When?” highlights, in particular, the progress made in this area by Sutter Health under the Consent Decree DHKL negotiated with them, along with Disability Rights Advocates.
