Each year, Law360 recognizes Titans of the Plaintiffs Bar, a select group of attorneys who secured large and impactful settlements for both classes and individual plaintiffs against massive corporations. This year’s list features 10 attorneys from across the country, who secured settlements and verdicts against powerful corporate and public entity defendants.
Linda M. Dardarian has been recognized as a 2026 Titan of the Plaintiffs Bar for her impact on public policy in leading Dardarian Ho Kan & Lee’s disability rights practice. In recent years, Linda has represented people with mobility disabilities in various cities around the country to ensure they have accessible and usable public walkways and facilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Law360 highlighted Linda’s leadership in the class action against the City of Baltimore for its failure to maintain curb ramps and sidewalks that are usable for people with mobility disabilities. After three years of discovery and settlement negotiations, led by Linda, the parties reached a Partial Consent Decree which received final approval in 2025. The City agreed to devote $44 to $50 million over the course of four years to the construction and/or remediation of thousands of curb ramps and hundreds of thousands of square feet of sidewalks.
