The Daily Journal has recognized Linda M. Dardarian as one of its 2026 Top Women Lawyers. The Daily Journal publishes this list annually to celebrate “excellence, impact, and leadership across the legal profession.” DHKL’s senior partner, Linda M. Dardarian, was recognized for her leadership of the firm’s disability rights practice as well as other public interest class actions in housing and employment. Linda was recognized for her emphasis on systemic change over solely monetary settlements.
The Daily Journal’s profile highlights Linda’s numerous settlements on behalf of people with mobility disabilities against public and private entities around the country that ensure accessible public walkways, facilities, and healthcare services under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The profile also highlights Linda’s success last year leading the legal team that secured a $43 million class action settlement on behalf of California tenants who were charged unlawful and excessive late fees by Equity Residential, one of California’s largest residential landlords.
