DHKL’s William Jhaveri-Weeks authored an amicus brief for the National Employment Lawyers Association in Monroe v. FTS, a Sixth Circuit case involving the use of representative proof at trial in FLSA collective actions.  On March 2, 2016, the Court of Appeals affirmed the jury verdict finding liability for the plaintiffs, who were cable installers denied overtime for off-the-clock work.  The opinion is available here.
