DHKL and Co-Counsel Settle $18 Million Wage and Hour Case on Behalf of Truck Drivers with Werner Enterprises on the Eve of Trial

DHKL, along with co-counsel, have settled a wage and hour case with Werner for $18 million on behalf of two certified classes of truck drivers on the eve of trial. Senior United States District Judge, Joseph F. Bataillon, congratulated the parties on reaching a class settlement after 10+ years of litigation. More details to follow.
