Laura L. Ho, James P. Kan, and Ginger L. Grimes, along with co-counsel, appear on TopVerdict’s list of “Number 1 Settlement in California in 2025” in the unpaid wages category for securing a $15.5 million settlement on behalf of the State of California in Abrishamcar v. Oracle America Inc. This California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) settlement also appears sixth on TopVerdict’s annual list “Top 10 Labor & Employment Settlements in California in 2025.” TopVerdict creates curated lists of case results to document the largest financial recoveries obtained by attorneys across the country.
