Dardarian Ho Kan & Lee, the current generation of the public interest class action law firm founded in 1972 as Farnsworth, Saperstein and Dennison, mourns the loss of our founder Guy Saperstein who passed away on October 28, 2025. Guy was a tenacious and creative litigator committed to fighting for justice for women, people of color, and other protected classes of workers who were confronted with discrimination in the workplace. He was also a dedicated warrior for environmental protection. Under Guy’s leadership our firm became known as one of the best and most successful Plaintiffs’ side public interest class action powerhouses in the United States. We are grateful for Guy’s legacy and all that he taught us about providing the best and most powerful representation to those who would otherwise be left behind.
