Weddle v. Frito-Lay, Inc., Case No. C-99-05272 PJH, was filed in the United States District Court in San Francisco on behalf of approximately 4,800 Frito-Lay route driver-salespersons in California challenging the company’s commission compensation programs.  In 2001, the case was settled for $11.9 million.
