California State Automobile Association, Case No. CH 217752-0 was filed on January 16, 2001, in Orange County Superior Court as a class action seeking recovery of overtime pay and statutory penalties on behalf of claims adjusters employed by CSAA in California. The case was settled for $8 million in May 2002.
