Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho partner Linda M. Dardarian and co-counsel Lainey Feingold negotiated a settlement agreement with Safeway to ensure that Safeway’s grocery shopping website is accessible to shoppers with visual impairments who use screen reader and screen enlargement software on their personal computers and mobile devices. Under the Settlement Agreement, Safeway will comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.0 level AA. In negotiating the Safeway settlement agreement, we represented several Safeway and Vons shoppers throughout California and in Washington state who have visual impairments. Read Press Release below.
