Along with co-counsel Burr & Smith of Tampa, Florida, we are representing Studio Photographers employed by the nationwide photo studio industry leader, Olan Mills.   Porter, et al. v. Olan Mills, Inc., Case No.: C09-01519 was filed on April 7, 2009 in the United States District Court, Northern District of California.  Olan Mills has studios in big box stores like K-Marts all across the country.  The photographers often have to work before they clock in and after they clock out, as well as through their lunch breaks.  We are seeking to have these wage/hour claims certified as a collective action under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.
