Myart v. Autozone, No. 05CC03219 (Orange County Superior Court), is a certified class action for California hourly employees who alleged that they were not paid for all hours worked because Autozone had a policy requiring them to continue working to close the stores after they were clocked out for the day. The Court has given final approval to a class action settlement and settlement checks will be mailed in early 2012.
