Along with co-counsel HammondLaw PC, the firm represents Roger Mayton, Stacy Jo McDermott and Carl Teoli in a class action complaint alleging that Konica Minolta fails to pay account executives and account representatives for all of their business expenses, such as mileage and cell phones, necessary to perform their jobs as outside salespeople. The case is filed in Alameda County Superior Court and seeks to recover such expenses for all account executives and representatives who have worked for Konica Minolta in California since November 21, 2008. On 3/4/15, the Court granted preliminary approval to a class action settlement of these claims. Individualized settlement notices will be mailed in late March 2015.
