DHKL, along with co-counsel Lozeau/Drury LLP and Law Offices of Andrew L. Packard, represented the Center for Self-Improvement and Community Development to obtain relief from the Lennar Corporation and related entities for generating dust containing asbestos and other hazardous materials during their construction of housing in Bayview Hunters Point, which contaminated an adjacent school operated by the Center.
