Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho has joined the Mower Carreon & Desai law firm (Orange County) in representing a putative class of computer programmers and other information services workers employed in Costa Mesa, California by the Automobile Club of Southern California. These employees allege they were misclassified as exempt and should be receiving overtime wages. The motion for class certification is scheduled to be heard on May 7, 2009.
