Unpaid Wages and Overtime

Resolved

Angione, et al. v. PSS World Medical, Inc., No. 3:02-cv-854-J-25TJC, was filed on June 4, 2002, and was litigated in federal court in Jacksonville, Florida on behalf of Account Receivable Representatives (ARRs), Purchasers, and Operations Leader Trainees (OLTs) working in PSS’ medical supply offices nationwide.  Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho and co-counsel Burr & Smith sought overtime pay due to PSS’ misclassification of the potential FLSA opt-in plaintiffs as exempt employees.  The court granted final approval of a $3 million settlement on November 5, 2004.
