On behalf of their clients the American Council of the Blind and individuals who are blind or visually impaired, GDBH partner Linda M. Dardarian and co-counsel Lainey Feingold reached a settlement agreement with Weight Watchers to ensure that Weight Watchers’ website and mobile applications for iOS devices will be accessible to people with visual impairments and other disabilities.  Weight Watchers is also committed to providing Braille, Large Print and audio formats for its print materials, including those distributed at meetings all over the country.  Read press release and settlement agreement below.
